Looking for a tiny beach cabin in Poland? You're probably setting yourself up for disappointment — that kind of magic seems reserved for California. But if you're willing to step slightly away from the shore and protected dunes, and accept that the beach might require a short walk or bike ride — then, dear friends, the seaside suddenly opens up a sea of possibilities. We've picked 10 jaw-dropping places, but trust us — there are many more where that came from.
One of those places that make you double-check the location. Yes, it’s actually in Poland. Hard to believe, but here we are. Big kudos to a brave crew from Kraków who chose one of the best spots on the Polish coast to build something this special. We’re talking: 5 km from the sea, 6 houses for 6–8 people hidden in a pine-scented seaside forest, circling 1 heated pool with 1 counter-current system. The jacuzzi? Hundreds—maybe thousands—of bubbles. Aromatherapy included, unlimited. Bonus points for the electric bikes and the fact that your dog is totally welcome.
'Absolutely dreamy! Beautifully equipped cottages with a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna right next to them. A terrace with a hammock and grill, and all around — wood blending perfectly with the greenery of a stunningly landscaped garden. What more could you ask for? The hosts are also super kind :) We spent a long weekend in Ciekocino and we’ll definitely be back!'.
The host is a pro when it comes to tourism that makes the world a better place – so just imagine the heart that went into building this cabin. 100% wooden (yes, it smells amazing), with top-tier luxury mattresses for your best sleep ever. Bring your bikes – you're right on the scenic EuroVelo10 route, near Lake Gardno (surfing, anyone?), a stone’s throw from the Czołpino dune, and just 3 km from the stunning beaches of Słowiński National Park. No dogs here, though. Just "oh" and "ah."
'A beautiful, wood-scented cabin on the edge of a small village. A truly special place. Surrounded by meadows, fields, a lake, stars, and pure silence. Sigh… we're already dreaming of going back.'.
Just 6 km from what's arguably the most beautiful beach in Poland, you’ll find three charming houses for six people each – a dream for fans of soft pastels and thoughtful design. Honestly, one of the prettiest interiors we've seen by the sea. The hosts? Travel bloggers who knew exactly what they wanted after years on the road. It turned out beautiful. Dog-friendly and perfect for anyone who loves the feeling of “home away from home” – just by the sea.
'We’ve stayed in many places, but none has impressed us quite like this one. Beautifully styled, spotlessly clean, fragrant, modern, and perfectly equipped cottages – you’ll spend the first 20 minutes just walking around in awe. A fantastic hot tub overlooking a meadow – and in between dips, you can lounge in a comfy hammock and watch the mist floating over the grass. A large, private garden where our dog felt like he was in paradise. You can even set up an outdoor movie night. The area is stunning, full of lovely restaurants and an absolutely breathtaking beach… honestly, the list goes on! A week of vacation is usually enough for me. Here? I felt it wasn’t – and I genuinely wished I had booked a few more days.'.
Finally, Western Pomerania – finally, because it’s a bit closer to the beach. You’ve got everything here. Well, maybe not a reception desk, air hockey, or beer-branded umbrellas – but since you’re on Slowhop, we assume you won’t miss those. For parents and kids: a fun, safe playground to run wild. For dog lovers: a fenced yard where tails can wag freely. For those in need of relaxation: a hot tub nestled among the trees. And if you’re not into cooking – a good restaurant just 300 meters away.
These sofas could fit the entire ego of the American president! Perfect for those who love to lounge with a book, a craft project, or their best friends. Definitely enough space for 8 people who can stroll the 3 kilometers to the beach in Dębki with a song on their lips and waffles in their dreams. Small dogs allowed.
'Beautiful place! The house has absolutely everything you could think of: from a fully equipped kitchen, Netflix, and a huge comfy sofa for rainy days, to dog bowls if someone forgot them. And a “Letter to the Dog” with treats for the pup – so original we took it home as a souvenir (after all, no one had ever written a letter to our dog before ;)). The area is fenced and safe for kids and dogs. Close to the beach (4 minutes by car), peaceful and quiet. Beautiful, practical, calm, and still close to great restaurants (and awesome catering with delicious soups for kids).'.
The truth is, we couldn’t find any cabin closer to the beach on the whole Slowhop. Here it’s just 400 meters, and folks, what a little gem this is! It’s Sopot, so a city, but with a garden and a terrace — you feel like the prime minister of Poland. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, enough for 8 people who can enjoy plenty of grilled pork neck, and by the fireplace, read some biography — maybe one of the presidential candidates’... PS. No dogs here, but looking at the interiors, we don’t blame them.
A longtime favorite on Slowhop. You love going there, and we totally get why — great price, close to the beach, and a fantastic location. There’s really nothing to complain about. Plus, with over 100 reviews on Slowhop, just take a look!
'Wonderful place – I will definitely come back! :) The cabin is very clean, and the fireplace is ready to light as soon as you arrive. The sea is about a 20-minute walk away – beautiful paths perfect for peaceful strolls. Next to the cabin, there’s a sauna, which is a great bonus. You can also grill and relax in the sun on the terrace. The place keeps improving, and you can see the owners truly care about guests’ comfort. What I appreciated most was the contact with the owners – they are very helpful and open to questions. Inside the cabin, there’s also a guide with useful information. Slowhop communicates everything simply and clearly before arrival (like via SMS), so you can head to your holiday feeling fully relaxed and well taken care of.'.
Such cozy, compact cabins in Lubiatów, loved by those who enjoy comfort inside. Szumilas practically borders a forest that leads straight to Lubiatów beach. And this beach is so beautiful that people even bring a registrar there to get married right on the sand.
'Szumilas cabins are the only place I can keep coming back to. An incredibly friendly spot to truly reset. Peace and quiet, a playground, sauna, and jacuzzi, plus close to the sea and the most beautiful beach on the coast :) A big plus is that pets are welcome!'.
West Pomerania, Dziwnów – close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk. Interiors designed for lovers of pastel harmony and connoisseurs of vacations in beautiful surroundings. There’s a bike rental right next door, along with the EuroVelo10 cycling route. No need to cook – Dziwnów is full of restaurants. Perfect for those who enjoy resorts. PS: dogs allowed.
'The Baltic Sea off-season is seriously underrated! At Płyniewoda, you can relax wonderfully even then: you hear the sea’s roar, not crowds; instead of beach screens, you see the beach stretching to the horizon, and there are no queues anywhere! Plus the fireplace—evenings by the fire after full days of walking and dining at nearby restaurants let you unwind completely. The cabins are clean, warm, comfortable, and beautiful. The outdoor area is well-kept and carefully designed. Style and class. The owner is quick, clear, and very kind to communicate with. Would we recommend it? We’ve already booked another stay!'.
Two cabins (for 4 people) on a beautiful forested plot come with a package of two water bodies: Lake Żarnowieckie and the Baltic Sea beach. The lake is just a short walk away, and the sea is a few minutes by bike. You can kayak all the way to the Baltic, light a bonfire in the garden in the evening, or sip wine and enjoy cheese under sparkling string lights. Or just relax on the couch. That’s the kind of vacation we wish for you and ourselves.
'A place full of charm. The plot is set up for outdoor relaxation. The cabin is beautifully located near the forest. Although it looks small from the outside, it actually has plenty of space, is well-equipped, and it’s clear the choice of materials and furnishings wasn’t random. Lots of options for cyclists nearby! We received a list of recommended places to eat and shop right at the start, which really helped with planning. Unfortunately, you can’t order the weather as part of the package, which is a shame. 😉 Highly recommended!'.
