And the pool? It’s a total hit! You don't even have to imagine yourself sipping drinks with your legs hanging over an inflatable ring. You can rent the whole house, and there is so much space you could host a mini summer camp here. In the summer, 10 people can sleep here comfortably – some in the house, and some in the cozy alcoves in the barn (we bet the kids will love it!). Plus: vintage board games.

The barn is a brilliant, fairytale-like place, especially for kids – sleeping there was a huge adventure for them, and it was hard to drag them away from the retro games! Every inch of the yard is perfectly designed. With so many things to do, we completely forgot about our sightseeing plans and simply drifted away into this magical world smelling of raspberries :)

We’re tucked between the Beskid Wyspowy range and the Gorce Mountains ( a lesser-known mountain area in southern Poland). There are a few things here that really impress us, but the pool is definitely in the top three. Why? Because the view from it is so amazing that it literally makes your knees weak. It’s not a place for professional swimming training, but after a long mountain hike, it feels like a dream. To be honest, the views here are everywhere – no matter where you stand, you just have to stop and take a deep breath. If the pool is too busy or loud, the panoramic bathtub comes to the rescue. Just make some bubbles, grab a book, or watch Netflix (yes, there is even a TV in the bathroom!) and enjoy full relaxation. Pack your crew of 6, your swimsuits, the dogs, and comfortable shoes – there are so many beautiful trails to explore.

Surprise! Believe it or not, in June, the water in Mallorca is barely warm enough to dip your ankles, but in Kashubia, you can go all in! Introducing our indoor gem: a pool heated to 28°C from April all the way to autumn. No blue lips, no sunburns, and no chattering teeth – just pure fun. Kids disappear into the water, adults actually relax, and days somehow stretch longer than they should. It gets even better. On-site, you’ll find a sauna and a jacuzzi, and Lake Połęczyńskie is just a short stroll away in your flip-flops. Two lodges (up to 6 people each) with a shared pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. An exceptional place! The lodges are beautifully located, well-designed, and very comfortable (we stayed with three small children). They are spotless and fully equipped – the hosts have truly thought of everything :) The kids loved the pool and the playground, though their absolute favorites were the morning walks in rubber boots, spotting frogs and lizards, picking wildflowers, birdwatching, and watching the local farmer work in the fields ;) We are so grateful for this unforgettable week close to nature. We highly recommend Chabry i Rumianki with all our hearts and hope to come back one day!

At the foot of the Bardo Mountains in southwestern Poland, Halina and Zbyszek are enjoying their retirement. Well, maybe it’s not that quiet anymore, ever since they became Slowhop hosts! If you are torn between 'slow living' and 'luxury,' you can finally breathe a sigh of relief. Here, you don’t have to choose. We have been spending Christmas at Dzikowiejsko for several years now because we truly love this place. The hosts are incredibly warm, and we always feel wonderfully taken care of. Every year, the lodge is beautifully decorated, so we feel the magical holiday atmosphere the moment we walk in. The house has everything you could possibly need, and the cleanliness and interior design go far beyond the usual standard. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and trips, and you can’t get bored on-site either – there are plenty of attractions and amenities for both kids and adults.

Meet a truly remarkable piece: “Rolling from side to side under the skies of the Beskids” — best enjoyed by the most devoted hedonists, those who aim for nothing less than the stars when it comes to relaxation. Know someone like that? Gather a crew of 6 and head to Brenna. This is a cascading house with a pool, a jacuzzi, and views over the Silesian Beskids in southern Poland that could put any mermaid to shame. The house is divided into two zones – living and sleeping. You know what that means? Early birds can take a dip at dawn, while the sleepyheads catch up on their rest. No one bothers anyone! And there’s more: an amphitheater-style fire pit, an outdoor cinema, an outdoor gym, and a fantastic terrace with a telescope for stargazing.

When we think about this place, the first thing that comes to mind is a big family holiday with a group of friends. It’s the kind of trip where the kids have their own adventures, play games with their peers, and compete in 'cannonball' jumping contests in the pool. This place was designed by parents for parents, so you can be sure that all the kids' amenities and attractions are fully taken care of. Parents won't complain either - there’s an on-site sauna that effectively melts away all parental tension. Gather a group of up to 12 people and come for an idyllic countryside holiday.

A lodge in an intimate settlement surrounded by Roztocze forests, where July is full of wild strawberries and blueberries. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and fully equipped (especially the kitchen). There are so many attractions waiting for the kids - a playground, a sandbox, plenty of toys, a 'mud kitchen,' and of course, the pool! For everyone else, there is a sauna, hammocks, a grill, and a fire pit. Once you've enjoyed everything on-site, you can set off to discover Roztocze - go kayaking, cycling, hit the beaches, visit the 'Szumy' waterfalls, the National Park, or the beautiful city of Zamość.

A mix of a traditional mountain lodge and a wellness retreat in the Beskids. These two houses from 1926 have been upgraded to meet all modern needs. We could talk about the mountain trails, but let’s be honest - in the summer, the pool steals the show. Most guests end up spending 80% of their time in the water. When you get tired of drifting with a cup of lemonade, you can get creative in our art studio or head out for a hike. It’s the perfect place for a family getaway when you want to hide from the world, but not quite enough to give up the dishwasher.

I’ll start by saying that I booked my next stay while I was still there! It was wonderful - a dream vacation. Long mornings, walking through the dewy grass with a cup of coffee, lazy afternoons by the pool, beautiful mountain views, and birds singing. A true idyll! We will definitely be back many times. The hosts are lovely - a welcome snack was waiting for us, and they made sure everything was okay while giving us plenty of privacy. I already can’t wait for my next stay. See you soon! :)

Do you like to drift away sometimes, but catching 4 AM flights isn't really your thing? We have good news: you don't have to fly anywhere. Just a short drive from the city center after work on Wednesday is enough. Exactly 25 minutes from the heart of Warsaw, a restored villa in the unique Świdermajer style awaits, with a pool heated until November. Even if the weather doesn't cooperate, the pool certainly will. If you don't want to wait for the weekend, the Wi-Fi is fast enough for a workation, so you can jump into the hot tub right after finishing your tasks. There is also a sauna and a traditional tiled stove - everything you need for some shameless self-indulgence.Note: This place is for adults and teenagers aged 15 and over.

My stay at this exceptional house was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. Every design detail makes you feel like you're in a real five-star resort. The heated pool was a true paradise for me – no matter the weather, I could enjoy the warm water, which added charm even to the cooler days. The sauna and hot tub perfectly complement the experience, allowing for total relaxation after an active day. However, what truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality and professionalism. Ms. Sylwia was not only incredibly helpful but also warm and friendly, making me feel right at home from the very first day. I highly recommend it!
