Wondering where to go on vacation with children, so as not to return from them more tired than before leaving? We know how it is: when planning a vacation with children, you usually pack half of the apartment in the trunk, a spare set of patience and the silent hope that this time you will manage to drink coffee before it turns into a cold brew. The question of where to go on vacation with your children to avoid frozen waffles and slot machines makes you fall asleep faster than a teething infant. Take it easy, we did casting for places that embrace childish chaos, but also respect the right of parents to sacred peace. From the Baltic, where sand magically does not land in bed linen, to the Low Beskid, where the range disappears and the imagination grows at an express pace.
Here are our proven addresses where the message “mom, I'm bored” is not on the menu.

Sobieszówka is the perfect answer to the question of where to go on holiday with children, to avoid the fair and return with a supply of energy. Sobieszewska Island is the only such corner in Gdańsk, where seagulls are louder than stalls, and the beaches have never seen a windbreak. You let the kids out into the fenced area and suddenly realize that your morning coffee is still steaming instead of turning into cold brew.
'Sobieszówka is a paradise for families with children. In this place, in fact, a person feels welcome and the stomping of small feet does not bother anyone. There was so much sand and so many attractions right here that our child didn't even want to go to the beach, but Aunt Kasia was also very helpful here 🙂 Plus an intimate setting, not far from the beach and the town center (if someone needs a “stronger” experience of a seaside resort). The cottages were clean and well equipped. When booking, I was worried that we would not be cramped there, but the whole magic of this place is that there is no time to sit in the cottages, and even so, the space is so planned that my fears were unfounded. What stole our hearts the most were Kasia and Darek. Their openness to people, knowledge of the area, waffles, honeys, bonfires and generally a smile is something that makes you want to come back. Thank you! '.

Authentic habitat near Kazimierz Dolny for those who, instead of more screens, choose mud, forest, and the fact that carrots don't grow in a supermarket. Zaborze 47 is a place where children rediscover their sense of adventure, and you get some well-earned peace and quiet, because nature and Mrs. Marysia make for the best welcome committee here. The only duty here is to have a good time, stroking the goats and checking if the hens have already laid eggs for breakfast.
'Nice atmosphere, hospitable and helpful hosts, beautiful surroundings — the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were with children who were leaving Zaborze with great sadness. The cottage where we slept was very atmospheric, clean and well maintained. Lots of space for relaxation, silence, nature, the possibility of walking in the nearby forest and contact with animals. We will definitely be back! '.

This place is a legend among parents and a redefinition of the concept of a child-friendly hotel in the Sudetes. Instead of thinking about how to survive the trip so as not to get bored yourself, go to Home at Home, where professional animations give kids a mission for the day. While the little ones go wild at the workshops, you finally have the chance to read quietly or relax in the sauna overlooking the mountains.
'The place is wonderful, delicious food, lots of activities for kids and adults. We are already planning to return in the warmer month :-) We especially recommend a massage performed by Mrs. Magdalena! '.

Sielska Chata is a base in Nowęcin for those who steer well clear of noisy resorts and prefer Lake Sarbsko behind the fence to the noisy center of Łeba. You can walk to the sea about 30 minutes from here, but this is the price for absolute peace and a garden where the only noise is the joyful squealing of children. It's best to hop on your bikes and glide on the sand through the forest — without traffic jams, crowds and in the soothing shade of pine trees.
'Very friendly place, fortunately at a safe distance from the center of Łeba. We got exactly the rest we needed - everything you could want is here. Mrs. Lidia takes care of her guests, and the best decision possible was to order breakfasts and dinners. Delicious, varied and healthy food, and with fewer guests you can request specific dishes. It was brilliant, we ate what we like best. Children delighted. We'll be back in the off-season.”

Jasielnik in Jaworki is an option for those who want to feel that time has really stood still. According to the philosophy of the hosts, “there is nothing here”, which in practice means no coverage and no more being parents “on the phone”. The kids quickly discover that the creek and the stick are the toys of the year, and you finally get a chance to hear your own thoughts by looking at the empty hills instead of the screen.
“We visited this magical place with three children and a little dog. After mountain hikes or bike routes, we were happy to relax on the green, beautiful terrain, playing volleyball:) and making sausages on the campfire. The owners are very hospitable, they prepare delicious cottage cheese and will always find a moment to recommend an interesting trail. '

Gleźnowo 10 is a proposal for those who want to have both Lake Bukowo under their nose, and the Baltic Sea a few kilometers away, but without the crowds of a busy beach. It is an old farm where, instead of modern design, a large meadow, horses behind a fence and total freedom count. You let the kids out of the doorway and realize that the area is one big, safe playground, and you have time to calmly look into the water.
“Fantastic holiday, we haven't rested like that for a long time. Silence, peace, zip line for children, trampoline and dream horses. We stayed for 11 days and the kids were leaving crying. The hosts were helpful and very nice. You can see the passion in their work. It was a wonderful time '.

Gąsiorówka is a former school renovated in Scandinavian style, where the spirit of carefree colonies is combined with views of the lake and professional tennis courts. The place was created by the mother of five children, so she knows everything about family turmoil - from joint games to kayaks and SUPs. It is here that in the evening the little ones will fall without whining after a whole day of movement, finally giving you the chance to have a well-deserved sauna.
'A wonderful place to relax with children. Silence, peace, lots of children's toys, playground. In every corner of the estate there are hammocks, sun loungers, high chairs. At your disposal a boat, canoes and SUP boards. Unearthly views. The owner was helpful, very kind and understanding, and the carrot cake with which she treated us was delicious!! '.

Sitowianka is a Kashubian oasis for those who, instead of smog, prefer the smell of pine trees and the proximity of the clean Głęboki lake. It is a house surrounded by flowers, where instead of noisy attractions you have at your disposal forest educational paths and silence, which will not be disturbed by any notifications. Kids will get tired of the healthy air on bicycles, and you will regain the joy of looking at the green instead of the blue light of the monitor.
'Idyllic and carefree ❤️ this trip was like a return to childhood and trips to the family. A wonderful place for families with children, where parents can also relax:) the first place from which we did not want to return and we plan to return:) '.

The crane in Smoląg is the best antidote to overstimulation, where instead of noisy amusement parks, kids here get riding lessons and time to observe nature. This is the heart of Kociewo, where mud on your shoes after a walk in the forest is a reason to be proud, and the silence is so dense that you can finally hear your own thoughts. When planning a holiday with children with us, focus on homemade cheeses and the smell of hay.
'Fantastic place! We were together with the children. We slept in the cottage Poniatówka. Very comfortable beds and pillows. A lot of freedom when it comes to being with animals. Children could feed, stroke and clean the horses. They also had rides with Klaudia who has a great attitude towards children. Owner Oskar very open and helpful. We had a really nice time. We'll be back sometime:) '.

Beskidzka Villa Śmiesznotka in Tokarnia, just an hour from Krakow, where hills pretend to be islands in a sea of morning mists. This is an address for little strongmen and adventurers who, instead of rules, prefer to run barefoot and track mysterious bulibas in tall grass. Pippi knew that the best stories take place where the imagination has no limits, and the Beskid space is the perfect stage for your family discoveries.
“This place joined us quite recently and is looking forward to your first opinions with great curiosity. Be one of the first explorers of this place!”
